Meters of cold and hot water made in accordance with GOST R50601 are designed for individual water consumers when measuring the volume of drinking cold and hot water, including – with the transfer of data through communication lines.

The meters correspond to the performance of a B4 class in accordance with GOST 12997 in relation to resistance to effects of temperature and humidity of the ambient air. According to metrological classes, the meters correspond to class B for horizontal installation or class A for vertical installation in accordance with GOST R 50193.1. For remote transmission of measurement results it is recommended to use water meters with pulse output (sealed switch) with a resolution of 1 litre. Water meters have a highly effective protection against the influence of magnetic fields of permanent magnets.

Limits of the permissible relative error in measuring the volume of flow:

• ± 5% in the range from Qmin to Qt;
• ± 2% in the range from Qt to Qmax inclusive.

Calibration interval:

• when used on hot water - 4 years;
• when used on cold water - 6 years.
